UX Heuristic Review - Scheduler Optimization

Condensed presentation that I gave to the National Vision executive team to align around changes to the online appointment scheduler. 40% of appointments are booked through this experience and I generated 260 basis point improvement in conversion rate by implementing the proposed changes.

Discount Contacts mobile app

At AC Lens, we created a mobile app for iOS and Android on Xamarin. The app is not just a copy of our E-Commerce sites. We limited the app functionality to allow existing customers to place reorders in just 2 taps. This design was executed by my team and resulted in an increase of about $3 in lifetime value for customers who used it.

AC Lens operated the contact lens website for CVS and this was a design for the homepage and navigation. We worked closely with the CVS team to bring their vision to life and stay on brand.

This is a mockup for a Digital Content dashboard on our internally built ERP system. I worked on the backend database schema and programming as well as the front-end design and code.
